We are also taking applications for the next several months for next summer and fall's A Brush with Kindness repairs to homes. Typically these are simple exterior paint jobs, roof or deck repairs or the addition of wheelchair ramps. They can include simple interior repairs. In the case of mobile homes, ABWK repairs are only for trailers that are owned.Habitat never charges homeowners more than 10% of their monthly income for repairs on a zero percent loan for up to six years.
